Pacific Asian Bistro opened in Palencia Village back in 2007. We started with a short menu, one sushi bar, and a few tables. Almost twenty years later we're still in the same spot.

Our chefs trained behind sushi bars in bigger cities before settling in St Augustine. They brought what those years taught them: how to season the rice, how to handle the fish, how to keep a kitchen running clean. They've been doing the same work here ever since.

Everything is made to order. The fish gets cut the day we serve it, and the rolls are made by hand, one at a time.
